Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms for Dev Vectorcore analytics audit engagements.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to professional analytics audit and review services purchased directly from Dev Vectorcore. This website does not take payments. Your signed proposal or service agreement may include engagement-specific terms; where they conflict, the signed terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

Before work begins

You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. Fees paid are eligible for a full refund except for an expressly agreed non-refundable deposit or documented third-party costs already committed with your approval.

After work begins

Once discovery, access review, testing, analysis or report preparation has started, completed work is non-refundable. We may provide a partial refund of prepaid fees for clearly separable work not yet performed, less approved materials, licences or specialist costs purchased for your engagement.

Deposits and non-refundable items

A proposal may require a deposit to reserve audit capacity. It is refundable only as stated in that proposal. Completed workshops, delivered findings, used testing licences, purchased datasets and approved third-party specialist time are non-refundable.

Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

Request cancellation or rescheduling by email. Meetings may be rescheduled without charge with at least two working days’ notice, subject to availability. A missed session or change within two working days may be treated as delivered where time was reserved and preparation completed. We will consider emergencies reasonably.

Service issues and exceptions

If we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund fees for undelivered work. If delivered work materially differs from the written scope, notify us within seven calendar days; we will first seek to correct or complete it, and may offer a proportionate refund where correction is not reasonable. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@dev-vectorcore.digital with your company name, engagement reference, reason and payment details sufficient to identify the transaction. We normally acknowledge requests within three working days and communicate a decision within ten working days.

Processing and refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing may take 5–15 working days after approval. We do not issue cash refunds for bank or electronic payments.
